Thom’s Mini Adirondack Chair Wine Bottle Holder

mini adirondack chair wine bottle holder

First, Thom made a mini picnic table solar light holder and now he made this awesome mini Adirondack chair wine bottle holder. Is that cool or what! He took the time to put together a parts list and a bit of a “how to”. He built his with a piece of pallet wood. Thom writes:

So here’s the cut list
(4) legs 6″x1″
(2) armrests 1 3/8″ x 5 1/2″
(2) arm supports 3/4″ x 5 1/2″
(2) stringers with 15° parallel miters and 5 7/8″ between cuts
(5) 1″x5″ laminated for seat with 3 1/8″ hole and strips glued underneath across hole to support bottle
(4) back slats 1″x8″ rounded on top or however you like and spaced approx 1/16 apart.
(2) top and bottom back support 3/4 x 4 1/4
(1) middle back support 3/4 x 6 1/2

Glue arm support and stringer to front and back legs x2

Glue arm rest to top of arm support x2

Laminate seat pieces together and cut hole

Glue seat to sides on top of stringers

Space back slats 1/16″ and glue on top and bottom support pieces then round top.

Glue middle back support across top of back legs

Glue back onto chair

  1. Hi, coming from the UK, I don’t know the dimensions of pallet wood, especially the ones for this build. If you could let me know the thickness of all these pieces, that would be great :)

(Also, if you could let me know the width of the stringers, that would be great!)

    Thanks :)
