I’ve been wanting to do this for a while but haven’t found a decent motor to build one. Honestly, I haven’t been looking too hard either. I’m interested to see how well this works in a few months with the size motor he used.

Patrick’s work shop

definitely an interesting jig..

  1. Interesting content. Thank you for taking the time to find this stuff. I look forward to it every week. Thanks

  2. At 0:29 of the chair video by Samuel Mamias he says “Je vais manger une pomme tandis que la colle sèche” which translates to “I will eat an apple while the glue dries.”

    • funny yeah ! but he actually doesn’t say that… Jay, thanks to you, I now understand why my joints always failed before I watched your videos… I can tell you that chips sucks at gluing, and woodglue definitly doesn’t taste like milk…

  3. Jay – the verdict is out…you are are they say “THE MEN”, all the information you provide is awesome, and videos are not only informing but entertaining and extremely well compiled. THANK YOU!

  4. The French chair guy had like a beast french Shopsmith! Pretty sweet! I love the round finger joints.
