Interesting Stuff From Around The Web #76 – April 18, 2015

Every week I like to share a few things I find interesting. Mostly video content with an occasional website article. All of the content you will find in these posts is free to you. Remember that liking, subscribing, or sharing free content goes a long way in helping produce more free content. If you like that creator’s work, share it! Also, thank you to those who send me links through the week when you find something really interesting.

You probably want to subscribe to this channel. The production quality is fantastic and the videos are always interesting. Home machine shop work. This is part 6 of making a clock.

Matthew Cremona

Matt put together a nice walk-through for the doors on his beautiful secretary that he’s almost completed. This project is quite an accomplishment.

Doucette and Wolfe Furniture Makers

Traditional woodworking at it’s finest. Making an absolutely stunning slant front desk.

Frank Howarth

Another Frank video without Frank. No actual woodworking but the most interesting demo day I’ve seen.

Andrew Klein

Andrew has been working on a very unique cable vise concept. What I really like about this is he’s not giving up and learning from experimenting.

Jer’s Woodshop

I’ve never seen this done before. He does a great job explaining the process as well.

  1. I love all of these posts for me, they turn into useful projects that serve many uses. The french cleat shop project was a winner for me. I just love my shop thanks to many of your ideas. Thank you very much.

  2. Holy cow.. those clocks must cost a fortune! It took that guy at least three days to complete one part of it. Pretty cool process though.

  3. I watched the Frank Howarth demo video the other day and I still can’t imagine how much work he had to do to make that video turn out so well. It’s an art piece and very cool.
