Every week I like to share a few things I find interesting. Mostly video content with an occasional website article. All of the content you will find in these posts is free to you. Remember that liking, subscribing, or sharing free content goes a long way in helping produce more free content. If you like that creator’s work, share it! Also, thank you to those who send me links through the week when you find something really interesting.
Canadian Woodworks
Holy moly that’s a lot of future furniture :) :) :)

This is super interesting. A wedged mortise and tenon joint that wedges itself as it’s driven home. Pretty nifty. (click the image)
Doucette and Wolfe furniture Makers
Incredible craftsmanship and materials as usual. I’m in awe every time I watch videos from this channel.
Tone and Sons Workshop
Shawn Stone put together a rather thorough video covering a ton of info on his dust collection system. The annotations at the top of the video can be turned off by the gear icon if you prefer. They are there so you can skip ahead in the video to certain parts if needed.
Giorgio Flenghi
I’m not exactly sure where this is from as it is in another language but there’s definitely some interesting stuff in the video. Lots of crazy awesome small detail woodworking.
ryukyutextile
I’d say these hand planes are dialed in. That’s for sure.

FineWoodworking
Enjoy this great conversation with chair maker Curtis Buchanan.
Walter Sorrells
This is a well put together video showing the process of making a Japanese marking knife. Very interesting.

I bet there’s a table saw in this tool cabinet as well. Serious organization skills as well as craftsmanship. Click the image for more pics and info.
CBS Sunday Morning
Not woodworking but instead a man with a passion of creating with his hands. Truly amazing work.
RenaissanceWW
I’ve recently had a spike in questions regarding hand planes. In particular my low angle jack plane. Here’s a good video talking about bevel up vs bevel down hand planes.
Nick Ferry
A great piece of furniture. Built to last too.
Wooden Tool Man
What I like about this channel is the fact that he’s just a regular guy busting his butt as a cabinet shop owner and takes the time to work out inventions or tool modifications that increase workflow efficiency.
The Daniels Wood Land Show
I’m not sure what’s more impressive. The chainsaw or the log!
Wood and Shop
There’s some good log milling info in this video.
Thanks for including me Jay!
There’s a chainsaw for Matthew Cremona to try out, though he might need a bigger trailer to carry the log. :-)
Those Redwood trees sure do grow massive! Walking through a forest like that would be pretty special.
This continues to be one best lists out there. I watch alot of the same content you do but you find fun new gems every week. Thanks Jay
Love the orbital sander jig. I have 37 cabinet doors and 18 drawer fronts that are about to become a refinishing project and this will work perfectly. Great timing! Thanks Jay!
Hi Jay,
Great list as usual!!
I just wonna let you know that the article titled Giorgio Flenghi is from Italy en the language is Italian.
Thank you, Bruno!
The video from Doucette and Wolfe furniture Makers was stunning !!
It was like classic music to my ears how he treated the wood with the hand planers :)
Absolutely amazing work.
Jay I have emailed you before but I don’t think you realize how big this once aweek series is. It is the highlight of my Mondays and sometimes my week. These videos give me information but also lead me on many informational journeys. Thanks for publishing this series…Chuck
