We still have storm debris everywhere….EVERYWHERE. Cleaning up the future orchard area seems like a good place to get familiar with the grapple on the mini skid steer. Jamie pulled her trailer around, loading it with sticks, while I focused on the larger limbs. The attack angle for the mini skid’s grapple is quite different from the grapple I have on my tractor, and it took a bit of getting used to.
We piled debris for a few hours, then went to the local pay lake to fish. What a relaxing mini getaway. After fishing, we lit the burn pile and stared at it like we were watching paint dry. Fun times, indeed.
