Day 508 – Creating the Final Major Trail on Our 100-Acre Homestead | Baumalight MP360 in Action

Today, we finally carve out the last major trail on our 100-acre forest property! Using the Baumalight MP360 mounted on my compact tractor, I mulch a brand-new path through the woods.

My wife and daughter joined as the support crew in our Mule side-by-side—bringing lunch, tools, and plenty of encouragement. After the trail was finished, my daughter drove the tractor back to the workshop to end the work day!

If you’re interested in homesteading, trail building, forestry mulching, or compact tractor projects, this video walks through the entire process from start to finish.

    • I disagree. It was only a few that really slowed me down. The “slow down time” was all done while sitting on the tractor and staying in a good workflow. I know from constantly getting off the tractor to manipulate cameras that gathering the chainsaw and tools, making sure the chain is sharp, and walking back and forth between cuts is more cumbersome and time-consuming than simply slowing down while on the tractor seat.
