From a safety standpoint… A railing for the leading edge of apartment roof ? Maybe an access hatch from inside the apartment? As I get older,ladders and roofs pose a new challenge…. Keep up the good work !!!
At 75, I must agree with Patrick. Even though I do still scale trees with a small chainsaw. Glad things are going before for the family. Do greatly enjoy the milling, tractor work and mulching. Isn’t it great doing for others, most especially when they reciprocate with help in their respective fields of knowledge. All the best for 2026!

Agree with safety railing and perhaps a stationary ladder. It’s way too easy to take a step back and have serious fall. Be safe in 2026 Jay. And think about your family’s safety also.
It may be a bit late for this year but consider the “back to eden” garden if you haven’t.
