This was a fun build. Relatively basic but very useful and I think it looks great. When I designed this cart, I immediately thought of a 1950s-era refrigerator because of the large radius curves.
The design calls for three sheets of plywood. No solid wood edge banding. Because the project was going to be painted, I didn’t worry about hiding the plywood edges.
The color is Tuscan Red Milk Paint by General Finishes. I used their Snow White color for the white lettering.
If you’re interested in a set of plans, I have them available here. They include a shopping list, dimensioned parts diagrams, and a 3d assembly guide. Also included are the vectors I used to cut it out on my CNC machine.
Hi Jay
Is the squeak included in the plans lol ?
Take care Geoff
That’s cool.
Thanks for the tutorial and the project.
Nice little project for some summer fun.
